With hundreds of Australia’s most talented building designers, draftsman, engineers and builders on standby, we will provide the best solution for your project and the best overall value.
All Dreamspace clients are provided with a free online project tracking app to monitor project stages, connect with the team, markup drawings and much more. Plus, you can upgrade at any time to receive 3D visualisation to experience your project as a realistic and interactive 3D virtual tour, right from your mobile phone, laptop or pc.
Having completed thousands of residential and commercial projects across Australia since 2011, Dreamspace understands what it takes to provide great service and great value in this industry.
With a full time project support team on standby, we are committed to ensuring our projects run as smoothly as possible and we regularly survey our clients and designers to get live performance feedback. Meanwhile, our IT department is continually developing our project app and interactive 3D technologies, to provide our clients with world-class services and tools.
There is currently no upfront cost or subscription fee to become a Dreamspace Designer Partner.
For most projects, we offer fixed fees broken into various stages e.g. Preliminary design, DA, BA. Occasionally we will engage a Designer Partner to complete a paid onsite design consultation to assist us with finalizing the scope and fees. You will always have the opportunity to review the scope and fee that you will be offered for a project and decide to accept or decline, so if you are not happy with the fee, simply decline the project and wait for a more suitable project.
We win all types of projects - Renovations, New Homes, Luxury Homes, Unit Developments, Townhouse Developments & Commercial Fit-outs. You will receive projects that align with your proven experience and preference.
On most projects, our Designer Partners are responsible for both the design and drafting. You will be able to communicate directly with clients and carry out site visits, measure ups, building design services, documentation, and coordinate with other consultants, simlar to how you would currently through your own business.
This depends on your capacity and availability to accept projects. There is no minimum or maximum amount of projects we require you to complete. Some of our designers complete more than 20 projects per year, whilst others may only accept a few projects per year to supplement their own projects that they carry out through their own business during those quieter periods.
Simply put, Dreamspace will sub-contract design projects to you and help support your business by providing a flow of live projects. You are not employed by Dreamspace and you can still carry on running your own business as normal. We will require you to have an ABN and Professional Indemnity Insurance as you are responsible for completing the design project.
